I think Lorenzo should be "the voice" of the UFC. He is very soft spoken and doesnt get as heated up as Dana.

Plus i think the UFC wouldnt get as much backlash if he was the recognized head of the UFC.

"Corazon de un Leon"

To whomever keeps deleting my sig, the size is 408x220 the rules state it must be smaller than 420x220, thus i am not breaking the rules.

You know it's interesting. Actually thought of that a long time ago. However every organization has a "good and bad cop" if you will. I believe what made the UFC what it is today is the unyielding of pressure and uncompromising nature of Dana White. He is a bull dog that bites back; Affliction, Pride, and now SF. White happily takes on that role as the front man. The young kids can also relate to White because he speaks from the heart, swears like a mofo, and he can get away with it.

Lorenzo is strategical and handles the business back end with the focus on international relations.

They got a kick ass team.

Honourable mentions

He's well spoken but the Fertittas are in the "shadows" for a reason. Their family has a shady past, and their current economic situation is also much shakier than the average sports fan may realize:

If the Fertittas were to step out front and center at a time when the UFC is making it's ongoing push to become a mainstream sports entertainment endeavor, the mainstream media would have an absolutely field day with this.

Let a sleeping dog lie.
