Dennis Siver. How far can he go?
The guy has 3 "W"s in his last 3 fights, so how far can he go? What do you think?

He could have a shot at the title if he wins his next fight imo.
I would let him fight against either Miller or Guillard to determine who will be the next contender after Pettis.
Edit: I think he has good chances against Edgar if he could stuff his takedowns. But it would be hard.

Honestly i think he would beat Frankie Edgar with his great TDD and well-rounded striking. Yes Edgar is a better boxer but with Siver mixing things up with his spinning back kicks id give him the edge overall.
I think he can be the champion, but at least hell get a title shot.

I think Siver may already be next in line, who knows.
I think Maynard gets beat-up in the rematch and that left hook won't be there for him. Edgar showed, atleast for a brief moment, how piercing and dangerous he can be with GnP. And he's evolving too fast. Lightning takedowns.
After that, I think (the new) Gulliard has the best shot for the belt. If he fails, it's all Edgar for a while breaking BJ's record.
Miller and Siver won't be able to hang in there as Edgar sets the pace in a championship fight. Pettis is overrated and lacks power to do any damage (IMO). Ditto Donald Cerrone and Alvarez and Melendez (if they sign with UFC).
I think Edgar and Aldo beat up 5-6 more guys an set-up a super-fight between the 2. Similar to Silva V GSP.

With his TDD getting much better and even his ground game evolving I think he's going to at least be a perennial contender at LW, if not touch gold. I don't think he's going to be the LWGOAT any time soon... but he's a serious contender.

Honestly, I'm still a bit surprised how Siver improved after having been cut by UFC once after 1-3. Back then I thought he was done and I never truly expected anything from him. Now I see that he can fight, my pick is "He will get close to #1 contender status". I still don't see him touching the belt, though.

He has a chance to sneak into that elite group with Edgar. Maynard, Pettis, Guillard, and Sherk. I'd like to see him fight Jim Miller to see who belongs there. That'd be an awesome co-main event on the next Versus card.
