Even Sylvia looked unstoppable for a pretty good amount of time. And he didn't have a beast like JDS looming around.

Sylvia was the JDS to Ricco's Cain.
For history to repeat its self all that would need to happen is Cain get cocky decide he is gonna knock JDS out and then get layed out trying before going on a serious bender.

Cain has one of the best work ethics in MMA. Ricco was a junkie. Tim Sylvia even when he was on top, looked somewhat retarded in his movement. Sylvia of then would not have stood a chance with the HW's today.
And JDS. Though he is a amazing HW. Cain would beat him like a helpless step child. Lets see if he gets by Brock before we get ahead of ourselves.

Why do people spend 40k on a truck? I like trucks for moving shit, mudding and off roading. Why not get something far more reasonably priced to do those things? It my just be me and my experience but trucks aren't exactly a strong indicator of high social status. Get a nice car, fast car or even an suv IMO.
Woah off topic but Jesus... I'm sitting in a dr waiting room and this girl gets shut down. No medical treatment because she couldn't afford it. I gotta say I'm really proud to be American

You look like a badass driving a big truck
Yeah that sucks for her.. BUT
LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT!!
Naw just kidding. That does suck that they didnt let her in. M.C. would know what im talking about BUT if i was a doctor i would try my best to pull shit like Dr.Cox and JD do for the patients. How you can tell someone that is sick that they cant get help because they cannot afford it, is just sad.

How can I argue that you think it would be cool and pay for it. MMA is not that popular your obviously in the minority but I wouldn't pay $100 Extra to have Randy Coutures, Wayne Gretzky or George Bush's car. Makes no sense to me.

Ricco was also perhaps the best fighter the HW division had ever seen at that point, he was big strong and had a world class ground game. When he beat Couture he wasn't considered a junkie he was considered a practically unbeatable monster.

My point was that NAME VALUE certainly raises an items price. He is the UFC HW Champion and has every right to charge 44k for that truck.
Now thats out of the way...
Cain is not going to go the Ricco route. Did you watch Ricco in Celebrity Rehab?? The dude is a junkie and a scum bag. Was he good?? yes. But he also always had a self destructive personality. Cain Valesquez does not have that. Is it possibly for him to fall of the top like Tim and Ricco?? Yes sure. But i wouldn't put my money on that.

And personally even Tim Sylvias truck would be awesome to own. But the sport has grown since Tim was the UFC hw champion. And so does the name value....
You acting like Cains name doesnt make the truck more valuable is kind of a silly idea. You know how many people would love to have some original item of Mike Tyson?? Thats how i feel about Cain Valesquez. Some people might not but i sure do.
If names didnt mean anything then Autographed items wouldnt sell for a higher price.

This is purely based on who is looking at it. Technically, a new truck will be more valuable than a used truck no matter who owned it. A truck with 10k miles on it will be worth the same as a truck owned by Matt Damon with 10k miles on it. It really doesn't raise the actual value as it changes nothing about the truck.
The only way he gets 44k is if someone wants a truck just to say Cain drove this thing. It is still the exact same truck.

Well ofcourse.
But i would sell my left arm to drive a Truck that Kid Cudi used to own.
Why are people even trying to argue that Name Value adds to the price. I dont freaking get it. I learned this in the 1st grade.
Kanye West can Sign a picture and sell it for more then the EXACT same picture without his signature would.

He wants to start a new project probably and has the money to do it, he's likely going to get a good amount for it since he consigned the truck to this dealer and has a bit of celebrity.
I guess he should buy a used three-cylinder geo metro with 100k miles, that way he could appease the a guy on some forum.

Stop being a big head and listen. Cain has a truck in perfect condition low miles and wants to get another truck to replace it , which is fine but not money wise since he isnt the highest paid guy ever and has no need for a new truck thats all he was saying.
