Caol Uno's name has been removed from the UFC 69 line-up on mmaweekly.com and the only two lightweights are joe stevenson and roger huerta. so could this be the lw match up we're going to see? it would be a pretty tough fight for huerta, but the winner would probably get a chance at the winner of sherk vs franca title fight if it comes before the penn vs pulver fight.
does anyone think this stevenson vs huerta fight is worthy of title contention? i know stevenson is getting close to a title shot, but is this a good spot for huerta?
I've noticed that the winner of TUF usually have to work harder for a title fight at opposed to a normal contendar(aside from TUF 4). Look at how many fights Diego had and he is only now being put up for contention, Rashad has had four wins and he is still not up there. I guess its because they want to make them as popular as possible before giving the title shot.
