Honestly the best I've seen Machida look in training since UFC 98's training vids. He looks really motivated, and I'mn happy to see him working so hard on his development of his explosive movement, head movement, footwork, everything son!!!

Was awesome until i saw him drinking out of the sports cup. Usually there is Gatorade in there but knowing machida there is Piss..
