Dan Hardy Visits Bruce Lee's Grave

UFC Fight Night 24 will be held in the Key Arena in Seattle, and ahead of his co-headlining bout against Anthony Johnson, Dan Hardy decided to visit the grave of arguably the most popular martial artist in history. The Brit, who also started out with traditional martial arts at a young age, headed out to Seattle's Lake View Cemetery to view Bruce Lee's final resting place, and to meet one of his closest friends, and certified instructors.

Also, some comments down were some nice gif of Dan in China when he was 18:
I love that shit.
And finally, this comment:

I can also appreciate the irony of him visiting the grave site of a man who, if that man were alive today, would say to him, “What the hell are you doing visiting a cemetery? Go find a wrestling mat and learn to stop a takedown, dammit!”
|
Which is exactly what I imagine Master Lee would say to him!

Hardy actually trained with the Shaolin Monks, didn't he?
I'm really hoping he picks up the win against Johnson, he really needs it.
I love Bruce Lee and never get sick of his movies... I sometimes wonder how he would fair against todays martial artists.

I've always wondered how Seattle got Bruce Lee's grave. I've always believed he lived in California when in the States. I believe Jimi Hendrix's grave id oddly in Seattle too.

Lee lived in Seattle for a while, graduating from both High school there and going to the University of Washington.
Hendrix was born in Seattle, and lived there (mostly) until he dropped out of a Seattle high school and joined the army.

I really hope he decides to not rely on striking and mix his striking with Takedowns to keep Rumble of guard , he is also known to not have the best gas tank so i think grappling would be good to wear him down and strike for the late TKO.

The OutLaw remains in my top five favorite fighters. It's cool to see him honoring one the greatest of all time. I'm really hoping he picks up the win tomorrow!
