Well that depends.

Penn learned from that fight that he needs to come more prepared so he doesn't gas at the later rounds. St. Pierre learned that his stand-up is not as good as Penn so he may be looking for more takedowns early on, or mixing it up.

Penn has amazing takedown defence, and he may stop some initial takedowns, but I think St. Pierre may be too powerful and explosive for Penn in the longrun.

One thing I admire about St. Pierre is his intellect. He is very smart when he fights in the octagon, he always comes prepared with a game plan that will expose his opponent's weaknesses. He does not have this ego (like Penn does, but rightfully so) which prevents him from limiting himself during a fight.

Just look at Hughes, his ego got the better of him during his rematch with St. Pierre and that costed him the fight. (I know many people say that St. Pierre simply denied Hughes the opportunity to take him down, which is partially true, but I also think that Hughes was less relentless in his takedowns compared to his other fights.)

GSP is on a roll right now. Penn should drop down to 155 and dominate.
