I like Rashad, I think he is a charming and funny guy, he generally conducts himself well.
I think most the hate comes from his high profile fights against over popular guys (chuck/Forrest/Rampage) so he becomes the hate figure by default.
He has had a few boring wrestling matches but he also has been involved in some pretty good fights and has a knock out highlight reel as good as pretty much anyones!
I don't think he was that bad as a coach on TUF, it's just that Rampage is so beloved and they were rubbing each other up the wrong way.
I for one am a fan of Rashad anyway, I like him and hope he does well. I like Jones too so I pretty much hope they just put on a great fight for us all to enjoy.

Rashad’s always had tendencies to do stupid things while he’s hyped up, going back to TUF2 and his showboating. I’m sure he tries to control it but it almost seems instinctual to him to talk shit while he’s getting a beating lol.
I kinda forgive him because he’s done all kinds of other things to show he’s a good dude. People remember his shit talking and cup grabbing but they seem to forget Forrest and Rashad hugging and laughing post-fight. He also said Forrest is a good dude and has the heart of a champion.

Oh and to whoever red repped me and didn't have the balls to leave their name, I'd love to know how my post was ignorant. Feel free to respond, I'll be happy to debate with you how Rashad Evans is nothing more than a whiny, arrogant, disrespectful jackass.
But, I'm pretty sure you're a Rashad fan, and he's probably your favorite fighter, whoever it was, so I'll just take solace in the fact that Lyoto made Rashad look like a bitch. Incase you know, they don't ever respond.

That's how Lyoto always looks during flurries. All the way since the Franklin fight to the Rampage fight. He takes a weird square stance (both hands have equal power?) and lands with surprising accuracy.

Rashad is going to get rocked to la la land within the first few rounds unless he knows the ultimate secret to beat Jones.

Like I said before Rashad is a well spoken individual and he's a good commentator, BUT as a fighter I vehemently detest him.
Interestly enough, I'm actually rooting for him vs Jon Jones. That will probably be the only exception.
LOLz @ the Jon Jones action figure...
