limba -> Please do, really it's not that much work, I did it for my wife last week end.

bresk -> of course, but again, GSP's a formidable athlethe in general, not only in MMA, he's as hard working as he is naturally gifted

I think GSP's strength lies in his attitude, he NEVER EVER loses even the smallest bit of energy in negative thoughts, words or actions, he tries to be positive and constructive everytime he does something. He's one of the few who are able to focus almost 100% of their energy to reach a goal, and then some more.

No wonder he's such a national pride and a role model, and this is one of the reasons I love MMA, with such champions who really promote the sport in the best way they can.

GSP's legacy is huge, even if many people don't see it now, he's probably one of Zuffa/UFC's best asset/poster boy

Ah, who said that? The chances of GSP running 2 seconds off the 400m record are almost impossible.

He wastes so much energy swaying around side to side which means he has no efficiency as he doesn't run in a direct straight line, he wouldn't know how to take a bend like a world class sprinter and his knees barely lift up, you cannot get ANY speed with knees dragging as low as his. Not to mention, he is carrying WAAAAYYYY too much weight for a 400 metre runner, he has more of a 100m sprinters body, although he is probably too heavy even for that!
