Really? When I read "two best fighters on the planet" it's another way of saying p4p.

How else would you interpret a thread called "the 2 best fighters on the planet?"

Oh, reading your previous post, he's talking about two different fighters where there are no weight classes? Hm, doesn't fit with the title, but okay.

Umm, I guess Cain Velasquez and Brock Lesnar since they're both big guys with skill. And again, don't see the point in saying Jon Jones in this. Cain Velasquez and Brock Lesnar would both destroy that dude on the street.

A. Silva Vs GSP to me is w/o a doubt the two best fighters since they both have proven themselves as true champions so this is the fight i would like to see the most .

When Cain & JBJ dominates their division like GSP and Silva has , then I'd be as interested on seeing them in superfights ..

Fav Fighter : BJ Penn

Supporting :

Pettis , C. Miller , Nate Diaz
GSP , Kos
A. Silva , Munoz , Hendo
Wand , Shogun , Forrest , Thiago , Mousasi , Vera
Fedor , Big Nog , Brock , JDS , Del Rosario

The way over board JBJ fanboys are driving me nuts and making me not like JBJ (almost like the fedor fanboys, so glad he lost so 90% of the drooling idiots could stop spewing jibberish on here and i could start liking him again)
The guy is 6'4", has plenty of room to grow, and has made badass, top 10 205lbers look like they don't belong in the ring with him - dominated the champion badly. He would need to put on weight to hang with the big boys, but belongs in the convo, imo.

Maybe, but what would AS look like fighting against a true HW? I think he might look awfully frail up against a 265lb guy and would get pushed around pretty badly.

Example, would he be able to stay on his feet and slap a guy like Lesnar around and TKO him? Or would Brock eat one of Anderson's punches but smash him into the fence for a big boy beatdown?? I think it'd be interesting to watch.

You can't even include Anderson in that. He can make for a decent sized 205er, but heavyweight is a stretch. Guys like JDS, Carwin, Cain, and Brock would toss him around.

Honestly though, in a pure stand-up fight, Anderson probably would get the best of a guy like Brock and maybe Cain. But why would they bother risk getting beat by a much smaller dude when they can just throw him around with ease and beat him on the ground?

And yeah, JBJ doesn't even belong in the conversation. He beat top 10 205ers, um, he beat two, one of them being near the bottom top 10 and one of them was a pudgy out of shape burger eater.
