Randy Couture, Couture/Liddell 1, Randy dominated this fight against the greatest LHW the UFC has ever seen.
Matt Hughes, Hughes/Newton, caught in a triangle choke and slams the hell out of Newton.

Couture vs Ortiz(UFC 44).
Couture completely outclass Ortiz, and even spanked him. Couture rules.

I just watched UFC 41 again so here are two good ones.
Frank Mir - Tank Abbott (UFC 41) - Mir really showed just how skilled he really is.
Tim Sylvia - Ricco Rodriguez (UFC 41) - Awsome fight! Syliva stuffed all of Riccos take down attempts and submissions, cut the ring off from him, forced Ricco to stand with him and then knocked him TFO in the first round. Perfect game plan. Sylvia shocked the world as he was listed as a 5-1 underdog being that it was just his second UFC fight.

What about Couture vs Liddell 1 at UFC 43. Couture dominated the stand-up, something you wouldn't really expect.
