That kick was not out of luck, he obviously was practising that kick in training and timed it perfectly in his fight against Vitor.

lol poor vitor, could he put up a better fight? no doubt, was the kick something that he could never hit again? probably

still...the outcome would be the same, AS is on another league in terms of striking, sorry vitor, your fast hands werent fast enough, you werent doing good, you pretty much missed everything you threw except 1 punch, AS even dodged a punch on the ground, that was insane, could have KOed him

obviously the fight wont end the same exact way, but it will end quick and it will be the same winner, AS is the better fighter, get over it, i hope this is fake, this doesnt seem like vitor, very disrespectful and stupid thing to say, every elite striker vitor faced hes lost, your striking isnt that good

dont just say ppl want a rematch, earn it, you didnt earn the title shot but you could at least earn a rematch right?

PS: and your greates victory over wandy, i guess that was luck too huh? i doubt you can repeat that

Yeah I feel really bad for Vitor, his day's with Zuffa are numbered and everyone knows it. Dana is going through the ranks with a hatchet and retiring every guy with a six figure salary.

Vitor is really annoying. He's not going to get that rematch unless he can win 2 good fights in a row. Also what he wrote about luck confused the hell out of me, i don't think it made much sent to be honest.

Anderson would spider**** him again.

Vitor needs to learn that there is more to MMA then just Boxing.. you can't expect to beat somebody like Silva, when the only thing you do and always do is Box, Box and Box..

He would be lucky if he gets another shot in the future.

I figured somebody like Vitor would know something. There aren't lucky shots like that when both are exceptional strikers. Silva practiced that kick over and over and over again and Vitor couldn't see it coming nor he could do anything about the kick. He got beat fair and square.

I feel a lot of frustration from Belfort:

1. because he got KO'd the way he did. People will always remember him as the guy who got knocked out with an insane front kick

2. because he wanted to get back in the cage very soon after that KO, to erase that imagine of that epic KO

3. because he wanted to fight Wanderlei really badly and that didn't happen

4. because he wants to fight in Brazil so badly and now that card is filling fast and his name isn't mentioned in any potential fight regarding that event

1+2+3+4 ---> that's a lot of frustration!

I wish they give him a slot on the Rio card. Afterall he is a MMA legend in Brazil and deserves to fight in front of his home fans.

Hell...give him Bisping, Sonnen, Falcao or Akiyama! There are no rumours about these guys fighting on any card later this year.
All of them would make up for a great fight with Vitor!

'It was a lucky shot' followed by 'I don't believe in luck'

There we go then.

Work your way to a rematch if you can Belfort, but I don't see it happening. Silva beat him fair and square, bitching about it won't change that.

I say feed him Bisping then Vitor v Sonnen for the Number 1 contender match.

I was one of the minority who truly believed Vitor would be the one to dethrown Anderson, i was wrong. But i still believe he would take a rematch.

A fight against Sonnen worries me far more than an Anderson rematch.
