If GSP beats Shields I say give the Ringling Bros. a title shot at UFC 140!

But in all seriousness, this is why GSP is and always will be the best welterweight fighter on the planet. I really dont see him losing that belt ever.

I've always wanted to incorporate gymnastics training so I could kick ass in b-boying. Then I'd be able to do all kinds of tricks!

To be honest, I expected him to be WAY stronger than that.

I'm almost the same age as GSP. And although I'm not a fighter, I do have a gymnastics background (until the age of like 14?).

How the hell are his shoulders that big if he can barely planche?

He should be able to do this:

GSP is extremely strong, likely he was towards the end of a very draining circuit. Not like he just jumped on there fresh.

You're probably right.

I guess the thing is ...people who can't do that stuff find it amazing.

But people who can do that stuff realize it's not that impressive.

I heard in one of his interviews that he was doing yoga which is something I've never even considered incorporating into my training. Since then I've done basic yoga a couple times a week and I've noticed a huge difference in my flexibility and core strength.

I'll have to start some gymnastics too. GSP is the ******* man.

RIP Jordan Corder. Watch over me from above brother.
