From what I can tell GSP doesn't have the strength to do a full planche. He was doing tuck planches on the little red parallel bars he had in one of the vids in this thread which is like the first step to a full planche progression and he was having a hard time with them.

For what GSP does this kind of basic gymnastic training is great, and he could definitely do a full planche if he dedicated himself to it(probably take him like 3 months to be able to do it, he's gsp afterall), unfortunately there isn't much use for that since he can get the same benefits from doing a tuck planche and not have to lose mass in his legs :P he wont be doing a planche with those tree trunk legs of his.

Advanced break dancers actually have pretty sick cores. Some of those poses they hold are pretty core and delts intense.

Hmmm... GSP learning to break dance.
