Vitor needs to fight bislping. Then sonnen needs to fight bisping. Then if belcher comes back in good form he can try and send that c*** out of the ufc.

I like Belcher a lot. How can you not like the way his fights turn out?! His last 4 fights: 2 FOTN awards and 2 SOTN awards.
His fights are always exciting.
He was on a good run before that injury...such a shame.
The lay off is pretty big, but if his training was a very good one, i can see Belcher coming back just as strong as his last fight.
And...i would give him the edge against Bisping on a normal basis, but as his return fight - it's tough to call.
But i would still pick Belcher.

Your Joking right ? Akiyama landed lots of great shots on Belcher , Bisping would do the same and take the decision.

Anyone else think it's a little ironic that the last guy Belcher fought was Cote, who was out two years. Then Alan sat out a year, if his next opponent beats him then goes out for a year or more I would avoid that guy at all cost, they would have the literal injury bug.

Akiyama and Bisping counldnt be more different fighters. Akiyama is a power boxer who wades in. He ate so many shots in that fight it's ridiculous. Bisping is a "stick and move" kickboxer without a lot of power. Belcher is a technica striker who mixes both. If he sees an opening he'll blast your face off. If you want to stick and move he can do that with the best of them. |
