This is some good sparring.

LMFAO @ the Axe kick at 1:33 that triggers "The Axe Murderer" within...lolz.

I'd say Overeem is probably one of the worst to spar against cuz he doesn't really hold back. Wand spars at the level you spar at. If you pick up the pace then he returns fire with equal intensity.

Unpadded heel could have cut him -- bad sparring etiquette?

Hard work is the only real PED.

Np...I was expecting a fairly calm sparring session. That was pretty entertaining.

He unleashed fists of fury there. That kid was stunned on the ground. "No more axe kicks" especially against your instructor...lolz. That shows inexperience more than anything. Muay Thai fighters go hard on the pads, but spar at the mid range level because they don't want to injure themselves as fighting is how they earn.

The part where they were simulating GNP looked pretty intense. That's actually good practice cuz it makes it 10x harder to pull a sub or defend when you're getting pummelled which makes Fedor's survival against Big Foot pretty damn impressive.
