I think Falcao would be like... two times as fast as Vitor and his combos are way more unpredictable. Vitor is an easy stylistic match-up for him in my opinion.

I think Maia and Sonnen are the only guys at 185 I'd take over Falcao in top form.

I meant contenders, didn't bother mentioning the champ at this point.

Marquardt is no longer at Falcao's weight class.

Falcao isn't ready for a contender yet, he needs a top 15 guy next and then step into the big leagues.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who is bullish on Falcao.

I scanned the UFC MW roster for potential opponents. Alan Belcher, CB Dollaway, Tom Lawlor, Dan Miller, Kyle Noke, Paul Harris, Aaron Simpson, and Dongi Yang are the middle-tier guys who don't have a scheduled fight.

Paul Harris is the only guy who doesn't get smashed.

It turns out that Sakara is already scheduled to fight Jorge Rivera @ 133, so we dodged that bullet.

At last, news of Falcao, WOOOOO !

I agree with Limba, UFC would protect Bisping from Falcao. Just for the record, you can protect a fighter at the same time as giving him difficult fights. UFC would protect Bisping from facing a fighter who's skill far exceeds the size of his name at this point ie Falcao. Having Falcao brutally knock out Bisping in Brazil isn't particularly wise is it ? Sonnen may be a hard fight, but if Bisping is to lose, I think UFC would prefer it to be to someone with a big reputation.

Hence, UFC can 'protect' Bisping, whilst still putting in fights like the Sonnen one.

It's a shame that so many MW's are tied up. Who gives a shit about Rivera . Just dump him off the card and go with Falcao/Sakara !
