Its a nice thought but Vera would get too much exposure and the UFC doesn't want that. I wouldn't be suprised if it was against Kongo.

Is there expected to be a title fight at UFC 70?

If there isn't, when apart from a fighter failing to make weight did this last happen?

There has to be a title fight at UFC 70. C'mon Dana, get your arse in gear man.

I have also been hearing Werdum. This would be a great fight. Werdum is definitely better than Pe de Pano. This will be a good fight.

I'm hoping for Arlovski v CroCop, but CroCop should kill some lower level fighters to get some respect in the UFC before he demolishes Arlovski. Plus, I like both guys. It would, however, be a war worth watching.

I'd love to see Arlovski v Vera, but I think that Vera is, as good as he is, nowhere near the same league as Arlovski. (much less CroCop) I do really want Arlovski or CroCop to shut Vera's mouth with some pounding.

Right now, I'm thinking Arlovski v Vera, just because they are both pretty well established in the UFC already, while CroCop still needs some wins over smaller guys to get a rise in his stateside following.

But really, Andrei is 6'5 and 250 pounds of solid muscle. He is a phenomenal striker and a Sambo master. What I'm saying is that he has a significant size advantage over Vera (3" in height and about 30 pounds) and a skill advantage. I believe Vera is a good fighter, but I think the old Andrei is back and I don't see anyone stopping him...

Except CroCop.

heath herring is scheduled for ufc 69. AA vs cro cop would be anything but a slaughter. AA is quick and i doubt cro cop would catch him with a left high kick.

I was going to guess Herring, but he's already scheduled that would be a NO then. Maybe Eddie Sanchez will get another chance against AA.
