Could Dan Henderson be the answer to Jon Jones?
Jon Jones looks unstoppable right now but I personally think Hendo could be the man to de-thrown him. If u look at it on the feet Jones probably has the more exciting and diverse game but Hendo has one punch ko power and Jones Greco wrestling his is strongest and Hendo was olympic level in Greco. The only place I see Jones having a real advantage is submissions and he has to get him down first

No. Dan is a horrible striker despite his power, his mma wrestling is not as outstanding as one would expect from an Olympic caliber wrestler. Lastly Dan's top game is shit. It really is how can a guy whose been in the game that long have so little top game? Dan is a good all around fighter with excellent sub defense, an iron jaw and dynamite in his hands but he does not excel in any area. Jones is to athletic, to explosive and just plain better in every area we have seen.(we can not judge Jones on the bottom yet).

I'd watch it. Guaranteed Dan lands at least one huge bomb on Jones and that'd help answer a lot of questions.
And yeah I think Dan could stuff Jones.

Dan only has a big overhand right that I doubt would connect at all because of the distance and speed of Jones.
Dan has 74" reach, while Shogun has 76". JBJ was able to effectively use his reach against shogun, would be even worse against Dan.

I don't think Dan would land that big bomb. I think people give Dan to much respect, Bisping did it and so did Fejao. They are so scared of that big bomb that they just let him do the shotgun approach where if he throws it enough times something has to land. Close the distance, pressure him but don't let him just stand there and throw bombs. Jones is likely to throw keep the pressure on and if Shields can take Dan down, well I am confident Jones can after seeing him out wrestle guys like Hammill,Bader and Vladimir Matyushenko who despite not competing in the olympics did compete at the International level against Olympic wrestlers.

I think those guys (bader, hamill) were intimidated mostly. Jake O'Brien had no problem stuffing Jones and he's nowhere near the caliber Dan is.

Henderson has looked good recently, but Jones would have a huge size and reach advantage that would make it very difficult for Hendo standing. Jon Jones wrestling is good enough to stuff Hendo's TD too.
It's a nice idea, but I can't see Hendo doing well against Jones.

Jones is bigger, faster, stronger, more explosive, more technical, (YES HE IS!!!), has a big size advantage - weight/height/reach!
In short, to answer the OP's original question: NO! Henderson isn't the answer to Jon Jones.
