Mir will come in to the fight in pretty decent shape you can pretty much bank on it.

Frank is a smart guy he knows whats up , and he knows full well a loss to Nelson could see him fighting for his life.

Mir will win because he has better hands and because Nelson will not be able to get him down i believe.

As for the rest of the interview , i think what he said about Fedor is quite true and what he said about Overeem is partially true because i do think Overeem wouldnt have it his own way Vs wrestlers but i also think he is strong enough to make it interesting and could win but to me its 50/50 and really would depend on how well he can adapt to the guys pushing against the cage as Mir states.

Bisping Fan extraordinaire

Velasquez will be back

I think he is still messed yp inside ever since Lesnar took his soul in their second fight.
And then Carwin took his manhood in their fight.

Mir is just a little scared boy inside.

Anyone who has climbed in the cage with big Nog, Tim Sylvia, Shane Carwin and Brock Lesnar, among other big badasses, has courage.

Who has ever called Frank Mir a legend? I've certainly never heard it.

Will make predictions for credits. Please, I'm so broke.

Good to hear from Mir again - I'm just not sure if he actually carries a 'holier than thou' persona, or if it's just me.

Thanks to limba for this AWESOME sig

Nah it's not just you, I feel the same way. He seems fairly intelligent & I'm pretty sure he's a nice guy, but I'm also sure he believes he's smarter than pretty much everyone else.

I don't get why he's so disliked, is it all because of Brock love?

Former champion who had the motorcycle crash, which had it not happened would have erased Tim Silvia obviously, Arlovski, and perhaps even Couture's HW campaigns.

Came back from the worst injury a UFC fighter has faced and he went from not sure if he's going to ever walk to fighting again, to becoming the legitimate a top contender ... And last two years - notice how they never send JDS or Cain (or Shaub ATM) through Frank Mir to get tested?

No way man, Frank has been around the block several times over and been in there with just about all the best talent the UFC has ever had to offer. He has always struck me as being genuinely confident in his own abilities, and not afraid of anybody.

I liked him stating he wanted another fight with Carwin. He'd approach that fight very differently this time around, and the result would probably be a far more competitive bout.

Always liked Frank. In fact, the first UFC ppv fight I ever saw live was when he subbed Tank Abott, so I've probably got a soft spot for him because I was amazed at this heavyweight beating people with BJJ
