Good to hear from Frank again, almost unbelievable how quiet he has been for the past year or so. I wonder why the interviewer didn't mention the BJJ match with Frank and Nelson. Probably one of the reasons why this fight was booked too.

But yeah, I've noticed ever since he said that shit about Lesnar he's been very quiet, he probably got told to shut the **** up by Lorenzo or Dana and with good reason.

Seriously though he seems like a decent enough guy... he just says some stupid stuff from time to time. Reem would Demolish him.

I find Mir's 'im oh so intelligent' personality a bit tiresome, making excuses for what he said about Lesnar and surrounding the matter in pointless drivel to cover up that he was out of line. He makes it sound almost convincing the way he says it, but anyone with half a brain knows he's chatting crap.

He does talk some sense in all of his interviews but also some rubbish thrown in.

Anyone think Mir looked pretty chubby here? And he keeps writing Nelson off I think, I see Big Country beating him decisively.

He's very well spoken and easy to listen to in this interview.

I don't think his strength and speed advantage will play much of a role in the fight. Nelson just has a way of neutralizing some fighter's advantages.
