Oliviera v Lentz set for UFC Versus 4

Directly from UFC website:

Quote:
Dynamic lightweight prospect Charles Oliveira will look to rebound from the first loss of his career (against Jim Miller) when he takes on Nik Lentz (who has not lost in six UFC bouts) in a match that was verbally agreed to today. The two will duke it out on the UFC on Versus card on June 26th.

I like Lentz. He trains about 5 miles from my house, and he seems like a nice guy, and he has accumulated a quiet 5-0-1 UFC record.

That said, holy s*** he is fixing to get smashed here. I see him eating some big shots before getting the take down (one word or two?) and promptly getting subbed.

I follow Nik Lentz on Twitter, I like him because he seems to be the average joe, he always talks about playing video games and stuff...

I will be cheering him on but with that being said I am also not stupid... Oliveira is a monster.

Lentz has all the tools to make this a boring 3 round hug fest to a UD. i hope that doesn´t happen, but i won´t be surprised if it did. Nick is a good wrestler, but he is boring as hell, at least try to advance position m8...

I feel pretty bad now. I've been hating on Lentz for about 6 months and from what you guys are saying he is a really nice guy. I just can't deal with guys who don't try and finish fights and in terms of that Lentz makes Jon Fitch look like a very very active fighter.

One thing is for sure Oliviera won't let Lentz blanket him, I'm going Oliviera 2nd round sub.

I don't really care who wins, I just hope it's not a three round wrestle-off.

I'm still hating on Lentz imo THE most borin fighter in the UFC ever. Jon Fitch step aside, the boredom-king is here. Man I hope Olivera Chokes his ass out.

Eating big shots? From Charles Olivera? We talking about the same guy here?

I see Lentz continuing his undefeated UFC streak and staying in prelim hell for the rest of his life.

Will make predictions for credits. Please, I'm so broke.

Oliveira has pretty good standup dude. Perhaps "big shots" is an overstatement, but I think he will beat Lentz badly in the striking.

If Lentz improves to 6-0-1 with a win over Oliveira the UFC will almost be forced to give him a PPV slot against an upper echelon opponent.
