Eventually most will oblige however I feel there will probably be a select few who choose not to even with money and the title on the line. Hey, I'm a fan like everybody else so I'd want to see Kos vs Fitch (purely for entertainment value as I don't like em,) Anderson Silva vs Lyoto Machida, Nate vs GSP, Wand vs Shogun (could have happened in Pride), Daley vs Hardy, Rampage vs Tito, Bisping vs Rampage (lolz), Renzo vs Serra (another...lolz!), Diego vs GSP (somewhere down the line if it ever happens), man there's tons out there. Last I really wanted to see Ken vs Frank Shamrock. The first brother vs brother fight (well almost brothers.) Money vs honour.

I think out of all the ones listed Anderson vs Machida or Renzo vs Serra or Almeida is least likely to happen.

PS: Who would want to train outside of paradise in Hilo, Hawaii...lolz! I wouldn't...I'd form the team around myself...haha.

The only legit reason for refusing the fight a teammate is the fact that one fighter would most likely have to go to another gym for the training camp. However, if they both did their training camps at other gyms it would level the playing field.

If MMA is truely a sport and not a brawl, than friends teammates should be able to compete against eachother.

I rarely am in Penn's corner in or out of the cage, but here he's completely right. Friends should have to fight each other. This silliness of not wanting to hurt a friend is bullsh*t to me.

Its combat sports. Everyone competing knew from day one they would probably have to fight someone they knew within the sport. If they didn't it can only be described as ignorance.

As for the steroid comments. I vehementy dislike anyone who'd use performance enhancers and would only root for them under extenuating circumstances. As a whole I believe there are very situational punishments for performance enhancers. But some kind of punishment is an absolute must.

I agree Team mates should fight if that have to , but dont do what Jones did and stab your mate in the back.

I'd find it hard to watch friends fight, from a moral stand point. Shields vs Diaz, that would be a friendship breaker; that or they just don't go all out on one another.

It's a sport, not a real fight.

Ronde Barber laid some wicked hits on his twin brother when they played on opposing NFL teams.
