I always thought this guy Lew was trying to promote himself a bit on the show and make sure he got in the spotlight.

The problem is that he right in some ways. A language barrier is never an easy thing to deal with.

Lew Polley is full of shit, he's the one with the camera complex. Junior is fully entitled to want the guys to be trained in a certain way, it's Lew's job to conform to that and to share his expertise at the same time. If he is such a good coach, he'd be able to do that no problem. What a fool.

And language barrier my ass, Junior knows more than enough English to communicate that he likes or dislikes something, you can do that without even speaking a word. Junior has clearly said what type of training he feels is most effective.

Ya that's how it seemed to me too. I have no idea what the arrangement discussed behind closed doors was, but he certainly seemed to step in as the head coach from the get go.

It's just so hard to tell with reality shows because they get to pick and choose what we see.

I doubt JDS asked him to do striking or BJJ.

I would think Lew is the one being a camera whore trying to gain exposure and milk TUF for all its worth.

I have no idea what he's talking about. I've never seen any sign of JDS being an attention whore or a prick. Maybe there's stuff going on behind the scenes that I'm missing.
