It's been a couple years now that "fourth round TKO" was the prediction for GSP's next fight, since the BJ fight IIRC.

Possibly the dumbest guy in MMA...uhhhh, ya know what i mean....never looked at the interviewer, wtf was he looking at? He has a punchers chance against GSP but I'm not a fan.

If their is one thing that GSP knows and that is fighting Jiujitsu fighters and beating them senseless. I cannot see this fight going any other way but GSP taking Diaz down at will, have excellent top control and just ground and pound Diaz for a victory. This seems to be the strategy for GSP to take out BJJ fighters and he will likely do the same thing to Nick Diaz. If BJJ fighters cannot submit a Wrestler than the Wrestler will win by controlling him. Wrestling is Jiujitsu's natural enemy. I am a GSP fan but I know that there are some people out there likely to beat GSP, Nick Diaz isint one of them.

And then GSP will get hated on some more for beating Nick Diaz and people will call for Gilbert Melendez to come up and fight GSP. GSP has to go through the entire "scrap pack" to gain some respect. They just want somebody to prove that the UFC does not have the best fighters cause they have their agendas against them.

Boxing would be the perfect sport for Nick Diaz considering his extensive vocabulary, "Uhh, you know."

How is this a Superfight, more of - hey his stock his high, he's exciting. Nick just survived Paul Daley's punching power, recovered and beat Paul Daley in his game Strikeforce with his hands down ima jab you hard, brawling style.

This is no super-fight. It's a let's further prolong GSP V Silva fight..or rather just ensure it never happens.

It's not even a worthy fight, how about Nick Diaz against just one top 5 contender in the UFC WW, see how far he's really progressed as a fighter before he get's the first come in to the UFC and automatic auto-title shot. Since....5 years? Is he that good?

I hope he gets a tuneup fight, even Jake Shields had to go through one first. If he doesent even get past his first opponent... LOL. The Haters greatest hope to stop GSP's reign of terror gets exposed. Hell they said the same thing about Jake Shields, then he looks bad against Kampmann and still won, everyone then wrote him off. It would be hilarious if his first fight back was against Diego Sanchez.

yea, I'd like to see Diaz vs WW contenders (including Shields, see if they also come with that "I don't fight friends" BS)

Diaz vs Kos could be alot of fun and thrash talk
Diaz vs Fitch

and I'd really like to see Diaz vs Sanchez too

Diaz vs GSP is not gonna be entertaining

- bell
- GSP takes Diaz down for a whole round
repeat 5 times
"Still, the blah blah blah, Georges "Rush" Saint Pierre"

superfight ? I don't think so

I'd rather see a rematch vs shields

Less than a year ago, Josh Koscheck beat Paul Daley to rightfully earn his shot at the WW belt, why not Diaz? I consider Diaz' win over Daley 10x more impressive than Koscheck's win too, he beat him at his own game.

Whether you like Diaz or not, win or lose, this kid always makes it a fight.

Diaz doesn't always win against wrestlers but he lets them know that they were in a fight. GSP will have to go to war against a guy like Diaz who doesn’t have an ounce of respect for anything his opponents do in the cage. The guy stood and traded with Lawler when he was a monster, and didn’t even pretend to try and take down Daley. He knocked out both. He went to the ground with Cyborg, a BJJ black belt, and tapped him within around 10 seconds. He swept and reversed Diego over and over in that hilariously fun fight, and even though he lost, he didn’t just give away the win. That’s the key here. Win or lose, we know that Nick will make GSP fight him.

Diaz is not a gentleman, is not respectful, and will not go through interviews patronizing everyone by saying he “respects” GSP’s skills. He will get in his face, be an ******, push his buttons, and instigate. I think GSP needs that, someone to light a fire in him because ever since he beat BJ Penn in their second fight, he’s been on cruise control.

Diaz will push not just his body, but his mind as well.

Striking/Boxing - Nick Diaz takes this. If you think GSP is going to out strike Diaz at this point, then you are honestly kidding yourselves. Diaz' combination punching is on another level. I'm really excited to see how GSP deals with Diaz' over whelming pressure and combination punching on the feet.
Diaz stands up when GSP takes him down. Diaz outstrikes GSP.

I'm biased against GSP, but I have read too many times about how his opponent will push him mentally. They don't.

Diaz brings thug life into the ring. Maybe getting his hands dirty will freak GSP out. Regardless, I root for GSP to come in second!!!
