St. Pierre can hang with Silva no problem by staying out of the danger zone and why anyone would think he would have a problem taking him down absolutely baffles me. This fight would mirror the Sonnen fight with the exception of GSP getting caught in a triangle. St.Pierre would likely inflict more damage than Sonnen did and might even get a stoppage with a cut from repeated elbows.
The end of the day, when Penn was Champion he had the balls to move up and face both Matt Hughes during his era, and GSP during his era, and he did't lose Money or the LW Belt, or respect for that matter when he lost to GreaseSP.
No fcuk it, GSP is just nothing but a little b1tch, first he cheats his way to the title, then he ducks out this fight we where promised, for every notch you can add to his legacy when he does something great you can take one away when he smiles in your face while he pisses on your shoes and tell you its raining.
I hope history shows the truth and gives higher respect to Penn than it does GSP because god knows he deserves it, in fact fcuk it I want Penn vs GSP instead, this time with no grease, I want Penn to be the man take GSP's legacy and make it his own, I want the history books to say GSP was a Liar and Cheat who ducked out of the Silva fight and that Penn was the man to do to him what he should have done to Siva, move up and dethrone him.
Fcuk Diaz sure bring him to the UFC why not give him a number one contender match against Ficth, Alves, Kos, Condit I really don't give a fcuk, just give us Penn vs GSP 3, especially now he has had good time to get his body ready for the WW division, before he moved up and was thrown straight in against GSP, it was a temporal weight change he had no chance to train at that weight, now he has had a couple of warm up fights at 170lb, he has had time to get used to moving and been at 170, he will be training at this weight, now Penn can be truly regarded as a true WW and not some guy who moved up weight just to take this fight, lets see what he can do now.
