More than likely if they fought... Silva would just destroy him in a manner similar to how he usually finishes his fights... and GSP instead of being one of the all time greats will be remembered as that "guy" who got KO'd in some creative and crazy way.

GSP has too much to loose in taking this fight.
What? He has all to gain and nothing to lose because he's challenging Silva at his weight. The person who would lose alot is Silva.

Silva winning would fill this forums with "Well he is bigger than GSP", "Size advantage blah blah".

But with Silva losing, you'll see this: "Silva was overated!", "GSP THE BEST EVARR RAWRRRRRRR HE BEAT SOMEONE BIGGER THAN HIM RAWRRRRR"

I done wrestled with an alligator, I done tussled with a whale;
handcuffed lightning, thrown thunder in jail;
only last week, I murdered a rock, injured a stone, hospitalized a brick;
I'm so mean I make medicine sick."

So basically its ok that his legacy is nothing but a lie, thats just Bull Sh1t, he would lose nothing he hr fights and loses to Silva, he would lose more in terms of respect and shadows hanging over his legacy if he ducks out of this fight.

Let the Legacy of GSP be rewritten right now, Let it be known that he Cheated his way to winning the title, Lets it be know that he ducked out of the Greatest Match he was ever offered in his Life, Lets it be known that he was just a boring fighter to watch despite been a great talent within a single UFC division.

Hey, I jut had a great idea for a New GSP Bashing thread

It was never going to happen, I can't believe so many people bought into it. Anderson Silva would spank GSP until he cries.

1. catch weight or no fight otherwise its just unfair.

2. Why is no one saying Silva needs to be at LHW when he has beaten everyone in the division at MW ?

3. GSP doesnt need the fight but Silva does.
Because he already did!

Fought Forrest Griffin remember? Griffing just lost the belt at that time number 2 LHW in the World back then.

The worst beatdown in the history of the Sport happened there!

Also in Sonnen and Okami, there is better competition at MW for Anderson then LHW these days. He went up when his devision was weak, came back when it was strong.

I'm not interested in the fight. Anderson isn't a small MW or something. Look how big he is compared to Forrest Griffin.
Forrest is a pretty big LHW and GSP isn't even that big of a WW. The size disparity would be too much.

Hope so. I have no interest in this fight.

Will make predictions for credits. Please, I'm so broke.
