shame he couldn't have stayed at 185, he would have easily been a perennial top5 guy. at 205 he is just too small for monsters like Forrest and Jones and it shows. Even in his winning efforts at 205 he comes out of the octagon totally battered.

Good to see some love for Rich here, great fighter, fights nothing but ex-champs and as Straka said...he can't buy an easy fight. But love the fact the guy never asks for one
