According to his manager Marcelo Brigadeiro, who sent an open letter to TATAME.com minutes ago, the promotion decided to end his contract due to some legal problems, when he got in a fight at his hometown, in 2002.

I call BS.
A fight in 2002 affects him being cut?

Wow... Hire him in 2010 and then fire him for something he did in 2002.
Epic foresight there, Zuffa.

Yeah, I'm not getting all the comments about him 'getting his life in order' other than him dealing with a court case over a 9 year old 'street' fight or whatever it was.

While Falcao can wreck shop with a lot of fighters out there he'd have a pretty hard time against Anderson with his T-rex arms.

He will never be a champion because of his behaviour anyway. He is a psycho, not a fighter.

I'd say Zuffa have done this in the interest of Falcao, not out of dislike for Falcao. They'll take him back as soon as he's ready.

Agreed!
