Smile UFC 68 Predictions

I am always a fan of prediction threads, I like to hear what everyone actually thinks will happen in fights. This is how I think the main card of UFC 68 will go:

Renato Sobral vs Jason Lambert - Lambert goes directly for the old outdated Tito Ortiz style ground and pound. Within the first 3 minutes he falls into a Sobral tight ass triangle choke.

Sobral submission first round

Rich Franklin vs Jason MacDonald - Franklin will stalk Jason for the first round and land some heavy blows. However it goes to the second round to most peoples surpise. MacDonald goes for a takedown early in round two and gets clocked by a Franklin knee, game over.

Franklin KO second round

Drew McFedries vs Martin Kampmann - one thing in for sure, no one should expect this to go past the first round. These guys are sluggers. I was impressed first time seeing McFedries and not so with Kampmann, McFedries is out of the Militech camp, so I'll go with him. Referee stoppage around the 4 minute mark.

McFedries by TKO

Chris Lytle vs Matt Hughes - IMO a lot closer than most people anticipate. Not so due to Matt being past it or anything, more because I expect Lytle to fight like a man possessed. But Matt still pulls it off by outworking him and repeatedly taking him down.

Matt Hughes by Unanimous Decision

Tim Sylvia vs Randy Couture - Everyone hates Tim Sylvia (or most people do) and I am no exception. I think Randy does a lot to expose Sylvia in this fight, takes the pace up to a level where Sylvia hasn't been before. But Tim is still a very big man and will catch Randy in the 4th round and the referee will have to stop it.

Tim Sylvia by TKO 4th round (Randy will be ahead on all judges score cards at the time however)

Any thoughts?
