I think Edgar did win the rematch because he had better hands. He wasn't just moving, his movement was footwork as he was throwing punches while moving on angles.

In the first fight (which I had a draw), Edgar looked far more tentative.

Edgar even said the reason he won the rematch so easily was because he started believing in his hands. The takedowns of course mixed it up, but the majority of the fight was both of them using their hands and Edgar had his number in this department.

As far as Rio, just please don't put BJ in there with Shields. Shields has one of the best top games and guard passing ability in MMA and BJ just tries to stay in guard. So the ground game will be terribly boring and favours Shields to take that boring decision.

Man I hope they get him on this card. Don't care who he faces really, though I don't want to see him in a rematch against someone. SOme top 5 170'er would go down well. Move Condit to Rio card to face Penn and have Stun Gun fight someone else

Nate Diaz Vs BJ at some sort of 160lb catchweight? Think that would work and be very interesting to watch.

Penn has a way of getting what he wants and I think he could get what he wants here and I hope he does, this card is going to be great I can feel it.

Opponent wise, am not a big fan of the Penn vs Shields idea going around, Fitch or Kos vs Shields appeals to be much more Fitch been my No.1 next draw for Shields by a mile.

Great fights in there right now for Penn, aside for the title shot are Alves and Condit, this been Rio I see it been Alves.

I don't like the idea of Penn fighting at any catch weight, I like what he is doing right now fighting strictly at 170lb, I like the idea of him claiming the ranks of this division the right way and him getting used to moving and fighting at this weight so that if he should once again make it to a title shot against GSP, he will be established in the division and be used to fighting at this weigh, hopefully then we will see the best Penn at 170lb we have ever seen.
