Yep.

I also think BJ makes this a grappling match.

Diaz only has a reach and size advantage to utilize IMO, but that really does matter in fighting so i think it would be close and it would depend upon how Penn's cardio is, if its reasonable and holds up for 3 rounds he will take the fight.
???? If Jon Jones had normal arms he would not be the LHW champ right now.

Diaz has great recovery because of his cardio, but he does get dropped pretty regularly against good strikers. The strikers he has been facing have been hesitant to follow him the ground. BJ wouldn't have that problem and would follow up with some nasty G'n'P for the win.

Is it really hard to understand ?

Diaz has physical attributes in his favour rather than skill.

But they really make a difference in fighting so i think its close even though in skill it isnt.

Standup - BJ
BJJ - BJ
Cardio - Diaz
Wrestling - BJ

On paper, BJ is the better fighter and I think he'd be motivated for this fight.

BJ. He won't let Diaz bully him in the stand up by being forced into the cage. I think BJ will land flush and drop Diaz, then follow up with some GnP and a RNC.

BJ is better in every area. Stand up is debatable, but Diaz leaves himself wide open. BJ's chin is also better, and he hits harder.

Not saying it's an easy fight, Diaz isn't an easy fight for anyone. But BJ takes it imo.

BJ could very well earn a KO in this fight. Diaz leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to his striking defense. If BJ was openly motivated for this particular fight, I would go with him. However, at this stage of their careers I might go with Diaz by decision.

I voted Diaz because I hope that after another loss or 2 BJ will retire...
