His wrestling is beast, he is a 6 time Czech Republic National Wrestling Champion.

He's got some strong take downs and crazy raw power, but his stand up looks terribad.

Interested to see his fight with Bonnar.

This guy is a ****in' savage, pure power.

True. He looked shitty against Madsen if you haven't seen that fight. He will be tested against Bonnar.

I'm really not impressed at all. He's all strength and no technique. That entire video was just ugly as sin. Also, he's a ******* dirt bag ass fighter. There were three times in that video where he held a submission too long or gave unnecessary shots while the ref was trying to pull him off

Honestly, I'd LOVE to see him fight the likes of Rampage, Lyoto, Shogun, Vera or Gustoffson. All of them would tear him to shreds for trying that bull rush shit.

Matter of fact, I'd LOVE to see him get matched up against Vera.

Head down, throw right hands whilst rushing for the takedown.

Bout all I saw. No real technique at all, used pure strength to beat some cans. Bonnar will wreck him.

I'll take Bonar via Kimura in this one!

Kimura? Kimura is a pretty strength based move... I'll go with Bonnar via RNC though

I trained with him a lot over the summer. He's moved to Chute boxe London.

Anyway, his cardio isn't great. But is by no means horrible which a lot of people are surprised by. He's a ******* hard worker- very dedicated. The dude is ridiculously strong, like another level. Wrestling wise he's great. People mix the two up a lot, I can tell you first hand, he's a beast. He has explosive strength and vicious takedowns. To the point where he can get away with a sloppy shot and still just drive through you in a double leg. Additionally his top control is pretty good. The obvious fact is his competition has been fairly low level- which is true. Bonnar is a huge step up. However he did blitz through all his fights until Madsen LnP him.

His biggest weakness is his wildness, and he knows this. Hence he moved to London to really work on his technique. I suspect his style will remain the same and he's going to shoot for the TD and ground and pound (his bread and butter) but I expect his head movement and footwork and general striking will be more refined as he doesn't want to get caught. I can't say anything about his chin as I've never seen him take a serious shot. Judging by the size of his neck, I imagine he can

He may seem like an animal, and he is. But outside the cage he's actually a nice well spoken guy. I trained MMA and weights with him a few times. Gave me loads of pointers and was really helpful. No surprise I'm rooting for Karlos.

I probably was being sarcastic in the above post. I think you should flame me for it.

Great insight man, thanks. I haven't seen the Madsen fight and can't find it any where online. You say Madsen LNP'd him, so is Vemola's defensive wrestling and TDD not that good or.....?

Either way, after watching the HL video and his fight with Seth, I'm a fan. He's a berserker.

Definitely an exciting prospect. Obviously the stand up needs a lot of work but i'm sure he'll get there if he is as dedicated as Fredfish suggests. Can't imagine him going 5 rounds throwing people like that around though.
