The conspiracy theory is taken a couple steps too far, however, I do believe there is some truth to it. The Einemo v Carwin fight made absolutely no sense. Carwin goes from the interim HW champ, coming off a loss in the unifying bout, to fighting a relatively inexperienced guy that hasn't had an MMA match in 5 years. Booking this fight got Carwin into training camp, so he can fill that gas tank for 5 minutes in Vancouver.

Meanwhile, JDS is training for a #1 contenders bout, an opportunity that he can't afford to lose. His back is up against the wall, being a foreigner that speaks poor english, and that has little clout in the UFC, because he's never held a belt in a major organization or owned any crazy fan following. Knowing JDS's position, as a Brazilian badass and coming off his TUF run, the UFC knew he would accept any opponent.

I do believe that Lesnar is suffering from diverticulitis again, and that we'll see him in the cage again, which would disprove the original theory. Brock has the will to fight, and to avenge his embarrassing loss to Cain(good luck with that). My guess is that he got sick while filming TUF, or shortly thereafter. As far as the UFC's intentions of putting Brock on TUF... he's the BEST PPV draw that UFC has, they would have him fighting all the time if they could.

Regardless of which theory is correct, or that one exists at all, we have more intriguing matchup, that we should be thankful for. JDS v Carwin could potentially overtake Diaz v Daley as the best one round of MMA that we've seen this year.

"Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man."

Ok the big hole in what he said and what some members touched on is this

Brock does not need money, He has way more then he will ever use, Also what would brock do with more money.....he lives in the wilderness with no tv away from everyone, he is not into all the crap that people need money for, if he has his ranch and a gun to go hunting with he is fine,

The man has millions and lives the daily life of a guy well below his monetary means.

Im all for conspiracy theory's but this one just makes no sense to me in the least

We all know that saying about opinions being like a**holes. I like a conspiracy theory as much as the next guy, and I actually believe that much goes on at the higher levels of government / society that could be labeled as "conspiracy theory."

This far flung "opinion" however, seems to me to have more holes in it than Chael Sonnen's submission defense. I believe that Brock is sick with diverticulitis; diverticulitis is a serious and potentially recurrent disease. A far more simple, elegant and plausible solution to this issue of Brock not fighting JDS is that Brock is simply too sick to fight because he had a recurrence of his illness. Does anyone question BJ Penn or John Fitch when they pulled out of their fight? Or Frankie Edgar and Grey Maynard?? Then why Brock? It's not like he has a history of being soft and a quitter.

The thing with free speech is that we are all entitled to say what we want provided we don't endanger others. This dude is certainly entitled to his opinion. But just because we can say something doesn't always mean that we should say something. Opinions likes these, if based solely on conjecture, can be injurious and harmful.

I find it both unprofessional and unsavory to hear someone qualify a rant in which he questions someone's integrity with "If he really is sick again and this is legit, then it's unfortunate that people like me have these thoughts..." If and apology AND this MEGA CAVEAT precede your conspiracy theory, than maybe it's better to keep your conspiracy theory to yourself.

I am not a huge Brock Lesnar fan, though I respect what he has accomplished greatly. I hope he recovers quickly and comes back soon.

Just my $0.02
Guys like Edgar and Maynard are born fighters. This is their life. You can't say the same about Brock. It looks like something Brock stumbled into because he was bored.

IMO this theory doesn't seem all that bad. At least the guy issued an apology if he was wrong. The 911 theorist have yet to appologize for a single thing even though they make jokes out of the memories of fallen citizens. Their theories are MUCH more injurious or harmful.

I don't see how this theory can be harmful in any way actually. It's not like he's telling people to revolt against the UFC (like many people do against the government). He's simply connecting some dots that don't make sense. At the same time he's not claiming its facts and clearly explains it's only his opinion.

There is a couple holes int he theory but overall it doesn't seem that far fetched. Brock is a very prideful guy. He seems like the kind of person who doesn't want to do something if he's not the best. There's nothing wrong with that. But after the ass whooping Cain left on him there's no doubt his thoughts on this career ran through his mind.

RIP Jordan Corder. Watch over me from above brother.

You don't know shit about the man's life but what has been fed to you by the media that's trying to get you to buy his shows. You think just cuz you watched the primetime/countdown that you know Brock Lesnar, how he manages his money, balances his checkbook lmao

So in that case you don't know anything either. So how are we suposed to voice our views if we can go by what we see? How can you say the media wants us to buy "his" shows? So where have you seen his multi million dollar house and cars? Before you say some one does'nt know shit try making a valid point. I agree with M_D. From what we have seen Brock don't need this extra money so this theory is crap.

I also don't think Brock "needs" the money unless he has some serious gambling problems or something like that. Even if so, Brock would make much more money in the WWE than he ever would in the UFC.

(Yes I just defended Brock in a way. I think hell officially froze over)

Actually my friend is a die hard wwe fan, is obsessed with brock, and has been following him since he first stepped in front of the camera. he seriouisly reads everything and watching everything that has to do with the man.....kinda creepy but yeah anyways, he is the person i had the convo with a while back a little after brock came to the ufc about why he was fighting, money ect.

I never watched his countdown special

you can find out almost anything you want on a person also just buy clicking some buttons and going to the right sites with limited info
