I figured Hominick and Garza should be on that list. Definitely Hominick at least.

Where would you place those 2? 4 or 5?

Well, yes. I would fit Hominick in there somewhere, I mean you have Mendes at 3 and I understand its because he is undefeated but Hominick just had a title shot and gave Aldo a run for his money.

Granded I have Hominick at 6, Palomino at 7, Miyata at 8, Sandro at 9 and Bibi and 10.

Having Hominick at 6 is debatable, but for now I have him on the outside looking imo.
Hell, fightmatix has him at 15. Even though their ranking are unbiased, even i found that alittle harsh.

I have a hard time not having Garza in the top 10.

Hominick is easily in the top 5, and you can make a case for Kenny Florian as well although it's early since he hasnt fought at FW yet. Mendes is overrated because he is undefeated but i hope Aldo fights him so his ranking can drop and he can be thoroughly exposed.

Well Jabouin is no joke and 9 of his 10 wins are stoppages, as well as the fact his two UFC wins were KO and Submission of the night (Flying knee and flying triangle)
