You can never tell if Rampage is joking or not. But i've heard people say before that Rampage is really grumpy pre fight due to the weight cut so maybe he was just in a bad mood.

Take it with a grain of salt, Rampage is looking very good for this fight.

Half of what Rampage does in front of a camera is an act. He's fine with Ariel and he remembers who he is, how wouldn't he know? That's just how he is, that's how he has fun, by acting weird and making things uncomfortable. It's pretty much a classic Rampage interview.

I do like Arial, I think he's an amazing interviewer. He's able to pull answers out of people like nobody else but at the same time he asks questions that are just enough to make interviewees uncomfortable. He kind of pushes the envelope with some guys but you can't hate the guy for trying to do his job. Especially when he does it better than 99% of the other guys out there.

Rampage playing the bully, that was more than trolling. Trolling implies some sort of trivial wind up, Rampage was creating serious tension and I'd say when you're as scary as him that's a bit more than trolling. We've all seen a ton of Rampage interviews where he trolls the interviewer, heck there's an interview in the last couple of years where he slaps Ariel and even that was obvious case of trolling.

This on the other hand was just awkward and unecessary. And that's coming from a long time loyal Rampage fan.

Not impressed.

Ariel is a right nob head though, I'd love to see him get sparked out in an interview.
