Like Rogan said , he is a 205 fighter fighting at 260 because he is overweight and has a belly.

Fully agree, I was expecting big things (no double pun intended) from Roy, but he just never turned up to play. I was actually embarrassed for him towards the end of the fight when he was very obviously not fit enough to deal with 3 rounds and was trying to catch his breath, it just looked awful, this fat guy floundering about breathing heavily and nearly falling over. He's the "peoples champion" and he really let the people down.

I don't mean belly as in body fat, I myself am a 5'11" person pushing 194 lbs on the scale. But as much as a I appreciate him for his big belly and legitimacy,f this counts 2 in a row for him in the UFC against "top" heavyweights. The first time he blew his knee, I'll give him that because he stayed in there against the supposed knock-out master JDS. But...this performance against dude, can we get serious? I love big country but...lets be real here, we need to get serious now Mr. Nelson.

C'mon on son....

...I think it's not only the belly, I think it was an in-shape, cut, 260lb Frank Mir. Mir dominated the grappling, (at-will) takedowns and his knees in the clinch were nasty and did the most damage. Mir's hiptoss in the 1st was smooth and sweet. Mir has just progressed further and has fought better competition along the years than Roy. Knocking Nelson out is like trying to KO Cabbage. Nelson's head is full of concrete an stuff! I thought I gave a pretty good analogy of the Rampage/Hamill fight. I was wrong on all fronts. You'd figure after Quinton beating the elusive, better striker that of Machida, taking out Hamill would be a little easier. Styles-...well, you know the rest. Props to Matt for going the distance with Rampage...

The most frustrating thing as a MMA fan, is seeing fighters gas so early.
Agree, he looked bad. Tired early. He could probably lose some weight if he really tried, but I think he's just one of those guys who are genetically fat.

No frickin way he can cut to 205. If he lost weight, he'd just be a smaller heavyweight and would get run. He's in a no-win position, imo.

It is funny that he lost pretty badly, yet Mir had to go to the hospital for a broken jaw and broken rib... HAHA. Even mir's body hates taking punches and just gives up
