I'd find a good place that teaches BJJ and Muay Thai/Kickboxing/Boxing and become good at that FIRST. Then in a few years, consider getting into pro fighting.

I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and found the same with main stream martial art schools as I don't think they like to promote MMA because they are all about their schools and there style. I took it into my own hands to look around but like most of the other guys are saying definitly check out a few clubs, if you find any, and make sure you are happy. I have found the right place for me and now I have been training MMA just over a year. My ground game has come on in leaps and bounds. Good luck mate, hope you find somewhere not too far away.
