I heard Fabricio Werdum is fighting AA in one of the up coming ufc events.Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank u

I don't know...but he would be a great addition to the UFC HW division, great bjj. He's crocop's bjj trainer is he not?

wow, talk about a guy who's going to outclass overrated UFC posterboys...
anyone notice how PRIDE fighters are slowly but surely taking over the UFC?
i can't wait until all the UFC belts are held by ex-PRIDE guys... what will we be talking about then? i drool with anticipation!  |

There is a big rumor going around that Werdum and Arlovksi have both "agreed" to fight at UFC 70. No major newssite(that I know of) has reported this, and it is not confirmed yet.
Edit: And BTW, Werdum would sub Sylvia. He wouldn't fight Cro Cop, but he could beat Sylvia.

i heard rumors but you really cant find anything about it on any mma news sites. werdum would be a great addition to the ufc hw division. he'd be able to beat everyone but cro cop, and they wont fight anyways.

Which PRIDE fighter has taken over the UFC? Are there any PRIDE fighters that are in the top of their division? Maybe Cro Cop..... Anybody else? I hope you're not thinking Anderson Silva who actually really a Cage Rage fighter if you are going to put a tag on him. But he is maybe one UFC year away from being a "UFC Fighter." |

Werdum would be an excellent asset to the UFC's HW division. the only thing i worry about is how the crowd would react, they get anxious to see it get back to the feet right when the fight hits the ground, i just don't know if the fans are ready for his style yet. But who knows him tapping a few guys out could make them realize that the knockout isn't everything and we will see evolution in the average UFC fan.
All i have heard are rumours so far though, nothing concrete

the ex-pride fighters (not necessarily there previous promotion, but have fought for Pride) are: Quinton Jackson, Anderson Silva, Mirko Crocop, and Heath Herring.
