He's clearly now ranked fifth and if Henderson beats Miller he'll move up to fourth.

Guillard should get Guida. Winner gets Henderson/Miller winner for #1 contender spot. I hope Guillard keeps good cardio and keeps his hands up against better opponents. Maybe because he knew how much faster he was than Condit and baited him into striking first is why his hands were down instead of his cockiness. I hope the former. His talents are being refined and he has a boat load of fight experience for his age. If he stays disciplined, he can be the champ.

Not to take anything away from Melvin but this fight was a mismatch if I've ever seen one. It really shouldn't have done much for his rankings.

Will make predictions for credits. Please, I'm so broke.

Pettis lost, Soti lost, Siver looked terrible, Sherk's on hiatus, Cerrone is fighting scrubs, Oliveira drew, and Makdessi and Barboza are still in the "prospect area".

It may be by default but Guillard is one win away from a title fight.

So in the past 3 years Guillard has beat... Siver, Tibau, Torres, Lowe, Stephens, Dunham and Roller... with a single loss to Nate Diaz which I think he gave away.

That's pretty impressive but I think it's time he faces someone near the top. Guida seems to be the only top guy not booked up, maybe even Pettis despite coming off a loss... a win would be good for both guys. But I think the Guida fight makes most sense.

I wish Dana would do something different and have a LW tournament instead of having pointless fights while everyone waits around for title fights.

Melvin said at the post fight presser that the only way he would fight Clay is if it were for the belt. He also said he'd fight his Mama for the belt and he looked pretty serious.

Yeah people (and I) forget that they are team mates and have been for a long time. But if they both sign up for a Grand Prix per Melvin's wishes

If he won't fight Guida then Siver is the most logical, Siver was main card last night and Guillard was prelims.
