Just reminds me of any Lentz fight. Simpson should have fun buried in the prelims forever with performances like that.

What did you guys think of Anthony vs. Winner? That first round was crazy. Anthony just tooled on him, but Winner refused to go down. He was a walking punching bag. Good win for Anthony that went the distance.

F**** Anthony vs Winner. I thought Winner was a lock so I lost some money on this one.

Simpson used the current rules to get the win. Simple as that.

I think the refferree could have stepped in to separate them much sooner than he did...but it would have ended in the same position eventually.

I think Tavares is more talented fighter than Simpson, but it will take him some fights + hard training to get that extra experience needed to counter a guy like Simpson.

Just...why Toxic?!

Njokuani is much more talented than Winner. He looked very good against Barboza and that changed my perspective about him.
For me it was just a case of Winner not getting TKO'd.

Sadly the UFC will probably never make a change to the octagon either....
Tavares wasn't exactly trying hard to get off the fence though I thought his strategy was stupid. He was just avoiding takedowns he would have had a better chance of winning off his back than that way.

Well Barboza did have a broken hand and leg in that fight.

I picked Anthony to win actually. He looked great against Edson and the only reason he lost was probably because of that crazy kick at the end of round 3. That fight could have gone either way itself. I couldn't see Winner having an answer for Anthony's variety of strikes.

EDIT: wasn't aware of Edson's injuries, though Anthony still mixes it up well and I haven't been that impressed with Winner's stand up.
