I see Cruz's movement being too much for Aldo. He has an unorthodox style that would give Aldo problems, and if he leaps in like he does I see Cruz getting the TD and controlling him on the ground. Also - if he can drag him into the latter rounds, I see him dominating those rounds and picking up a decision win.

I don't really want to see this until Cruz decides to move up permanently and puts on the proper weight. They both have several legit challengers left to beat. This isn't Silva/GSP where they have like 8 title defenses each.

There are issues with Aldo from a footwork standpoint that make me question whether he can consistently land leg kicks against Cruz. The punching power thing is certainly an issue. Aldo clearly doesn't have a dynamic guard even if it is true that he is very good at BJJ and Cruz wouldn't have much of a problem taking him down and keeping him there.

if faber was able to get several power shots on cruz i can see aldo putting some serious combos together for a cruz KO
