Hopefully this is just going to be 1 fight and not a career at 185. It would suck to see Koscheck turn into Jon Fitch with every fight going 29-28 hold-fest.
At least at 170 he can go wild and not pull his punches.

For all those who think Bonnar could make 185: The only way he makes 185 is if he cuts one of his legs off.
About Koscheck: i wouldn't mind seeing him go against Leben.
That would be a very interesting fight...a wrestling match to be more precise.

For a guy who can't do much standing Sonnen sure dropped A. Silva on his ass multiple times with punches. Did you miss that fight? I'm not saying Sonnen is the next K-1 champion but if you can drop A. Silva (injured or not) I don't think that's something to scoff at!

Any elite wrestler could do that if you have a world class striker worried about the takedown all the time & at the same time he has no respect at all for your standup.
Sonnen = elite wrestler & below average striker.

I guess that Hendo being an Olympic wrestler doesn't count? Hendo is an above average striker and wrestler and he didn't drop Anderson on multiple occasions.

Bonnar is a bum. Dude lost to Mark ****ing Coleman. Koscheck would tool him in every aspect of MMA.
Not sure about Leben though. I could definitely see Koscheck wanting to stand and bang but I don't think that would end to well for him.

Even if it was open-weight, Koscheck would still take Bonnar down for 2 rounds. Doesn't matter what weight Bonnar comes in at.

You really downplay Bonnar's grappling ability. Now he's no wrestling stud, but I guarantee that he stops the majority of Kos' takedown's if they were to fight at open-weight. Unfortunately, size does matter in certain cases.

I would be pretty surprised if Koscheck is calling out Leben. Their history to a certain degree adds up I suppose, but in a recent interview Koscheck said that he and Leben have no beef whatsoever with on another and that he wishes nothing but the best for him.
On the other hand, Koscheck has been known to blow smoke as well so... who knows.
