UFC should have a open weight tournament for who ever wants

Then we can see who has the balls to get in there and fight with the toughest guys in both HW, LH, MW and see once and for all who is the toughest. See if chuck enters it

they used to allow it though didnt they? i remember an early ufc with a sumo versus a lw. and the lw busted the sumo up soooo bad

It used to be different. MMA wouldnt have made it to where it is today if it werent for the rule changes.

The UFC is expanding and will be holding UFC events in other countries such as the UK. Some of the countries have different rules and don't follow the NSAC. I hope they hold a tournament, maybe not an open weight tournament but at least a LHW, Middleweight or even Welterweight tournament would be huge for the UFC.

Because the damn politicians banned it for a while, we're lucky we have MMA at all.

Still, I am one of those that thinks the government should just back off and let people do what they want to a certain extent. Obviously some rules are needed, though, but come on, what harm would an open weight grand prix do?

They should just host it overseas and ppv it here.

at least you guys dont live in Canada...as far as I know except for Quebec and Alberta...MMA fighting is banned everywhere else in this Country...Im not entirely certain.

Its funny though because Toronto has a team in the IFL.

I am right about UFC used to mix up the weightclasses though right?
