GSP is the most dominant fighter in the UFC hands down. GSP is P4P#1 at the top all by his lonesome.
That Sonnen fight dont count as gettin schooled 4 23 minutes he was roided up 4 that fight and andy still split his face open and won the fight. Even a fighter who's greatest strength was andy's weakness couldnt beat him while ON ROIDS. That says a lot about silva and how great he is

Since when does finishing an opponent result in P4P status, it doesn't. I am not saying Anderson is behind GSP but just because JBJ finishes Rampage impressively doesn't mean that all of a sudden he is the #2 P4P fighter in the world.

Let him defend his title more then once and we shall see. I am a big JBJ fan so no disrespect but it's too early. GSP haters are just clamoring for GSP to move down because he hasn't finished.

Is this serious? He wasn't roided up to the degree where it would change the outcome of the fight. I dislike Sonnen for the most part and what he did to Anderson is very impressive, now if only someone could do that to GSP.

Look at it this way look jbj skills and what he is doing. People say GSP is dominating but Jon Jones is finishing people without getting a scratch. His skills and what he is doing puts him over gsp imo. Don't get me wrong gsp is great but Jon Jones is on a different level from what i have seen so far. He is the hybrid of GSP and Silva.

When someone does this to silva, my opinion will change but util then he is clearly number one.

Bingo. How many title defences will JBJ have if he beats Rampage? One. How many does GSP have? 6. 7 if you count the interim title he won against Hughes. When Jones gets up to 5 or 6 successful title defences in a row, we can start considering him in the P4P greats alongside Anderson and GSP.

Look at the competition JBJ faced and look at the competition GSP is facing. Take all of his opponents before the Shogun fight and none of them are top 10, he was rocketed to a title shot because of his performances and because Rashad was injured. If Rashad didn't get injured, JBJ would still be climbing up the ladder as we speak. There was Rampage and Machida ahead of him and he wouldn't be facing those guys before they got their title shot. Now that is a big IF and that really what it is, a big IF.

There were also a lot of fighters that were in the mix or were on vacation and couldn't take a shot. Rampage was one of the names mentioned but he declined the fight because he wasn't in full fighting shape.

He needs more then just a win over Shogun and Rampage to get ahead of GSP on the P4P rankings, no matter how impressive they are.

JBJ is one of my favourite fighters because of his style and relentless pace, I am not saying this to insult him in anyway. He still has a long ways to go before he's mentioned in the top 2 P4P rankings.

Come on man, you can't use that as a reason, Silva still won that fight. The P4P best fighter doesn't get TKO'd by Matt Sera of all people then if we're going there.

I'll be honest i don't like jon jones at all, but from what i have seen is his skills are out of this world. Yes GSP has faced dudes like bj,hughes etc. But Jones destroyed shogun, its shogun for god sake. I truly believe JJ is the next big thing, i don't think time is an issue. Look at the odds for the shogun fight and the rampage fight. Its hard betting against jones against anybody at lhw.

The key difference is Jon Jones rule the most stacked division in the ufc with the best fighters.

Here how it breaks down i have jones beating page and evans. U add it up page,shogun,evans...is enough to put him #2. Yell he was in the top 10 even before fighting a legit opponent.
