I really don't know why Kurt is even being compared to anyone in the UFC. Yes, he is an olympic gold medalist, Yes he is a great wrestler in the WWE. But.. Fact is, WWE is made up of a storyline, the moves are pre-planned, it's not like he does the moves by himself. Kurt will be dismantled if he ever walks into the octagon.

Joke.
That's a JOKE. If you actually think that Kurt Angle could even breath in the ring with the IceMan, you need to watch some UFC, cause you aren't watching the same thing I'm watching. Kurt USED to be an olympic wrestler, he doesn't have the same training that he used to. And even if he did. with the Takedown defence Liddell has, He would just KO Kurt within the first 2 minutes of the fight.

WWE vs. UFC ?
Just a few things. 1) Why does anyone keep watching WWE after the age of 6??? 2) Vince McMahon ( or however you spell it ) would just simply never allow one of his actors to get hurt in the UFC so why it's even being discussed as a possibility is beyond me, IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN and every blogger here knows it. 3) WWE members are athelets no doubt about it, but they aren't fighters - they're actors. 4) I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that Kurt Angle's olympic wrestling career is part of the storyline - I remember an interview long ago where he had mentioned something along these lines ( on David Letterman I think ). Angle would be able to take 2 of Chucks punches before chillin' with the sandman for a few minutes on the canvass

Kurt was an olympic wrestler did win gold as far as I recall.. what ever else he knows I do not know.. as for this.. Wrestling is about trash talking.. it bring in ratings for both the UFC and the WWE to get interaction.. after all the WWE has host UFC fighters in the past. Ken Shamrock, Tank Abbot Dan Severon.. ANd I am sure they are setting up to do so again.

Daniel Puder caught Angle in a triangle choke and if it wasn't for the quick thinking of the ref,he would have tapped out! On the subject of the WWE vs UFC,do you really think the WWE would allow a wrestler to challenge a UFC fighter in the UFC? They would insist it take place in their ring,so they could fix it!

Just to clarify, because I remember alot clearer now, I believe the WWE touts Angle as an 8 time wrestling champion or something like that. I do stand corrected because he has one a gold medal but not as many as the WWE claims on their shows

i think this is all just a big laugh, i used to love watching wrestling but i do not see ANY wwe superstars stepping into the octagon with a UFC vet or even a rookie. most WWE superstars are bodybuilding athletes taught to act UCF atlethes are born and rised to brawl and summit
