That place looks amazing. The training is still very natural, the technology just allows them to see the results immediately and form a regime around it.

Like running in the water, it does exactly the same thing as running on the road, but erases all the wear on your body and risk of injury, and has adjustable resitance making it even more effective than a normal run.

This stuff is great for you mentally as well, looks really enjoyable. Need to spread rep before I can +rep you.

I would totally use that water runner every day. I HATE running on the streets which is why I never do it.

Gym is awesone and I guess Rampage is serious about this camp, he's spent upwards of 1 million for this training camp, thats some serious business.
