Dan Henderson is overrated?

Fedor, Palhares, Franklin, Bisping, Belfort, Wanderlei, Feijao, Babalu, Nogueira, and Hendo's championship mantle disagree with you.

This is stupid.

I'm a big Hendo fan.

But last time at 185 he looked like shit and was beat by Jake Shields. He has looked GREAT at 205. So the logical thing to do is come to the UFC and fight at 185? WHy?

I don't see why they would fight him with Shogun and then give him a title at 185.

The whole thing makes no sense. I wanted him to beat Shogun and get a shot after Rashad.

I don't agree with a win in the LHW division granting you a title shot in the MW division. I know Dan flips back and forth (and I'm a huge Hendo fan) but I just don't like it. Plus, I think the rematch between Dan and Silva should be at 205 (just my opinion).

As for the winner of Stann-Sonnen, I think the winner of that fight should get the shot.

Hendo just beat Fedor. Guys. I know Fedor is "past his prime" but c'mon. Hendo was also the SF lhw champ. His first fight back in the UFC NOT being a title fight is crazy. So yeah if he beats Shogun and Jones is tied up with Rashad then let him fight Silva. Or hell Cain Valasquez if he wants to lol. Im just done ever doubting Hendo. He is underrated in my opinion.

Point is...his last time at 185 he lost. He looked bad.

He said he'd rather be a 205er. He said he doesn't enjoy cutting the weight at this age.

He has looked so good at 205 even beating a HW legend. So why does he want to go back down to 185?

I think I am in the minority here but I think IF Chael beats Stann he should have to fight at least one more person before getting Silva. Maybe the winner of Bisping/Miller.

As for Hendo, I completely agree with everyone else. Beating Shogun means you get a shot at Jon Jones at LHW not Anderson Silva at MW. Hey Hendo, Whatever happened to fighting Jones as soon as possible before he accumulates more experience? I guess Rampage getting submitted shook you up a bit?

I guess another reason is Joe Silva is having a hard time finding interesting match-ups for AS since he cleaned out the division.

You forget that this isn't just some brutal sport where everyones out to kill each other. Its much more like a game of physical chess.-looney liam

I get it, I can see how Dan Henderson is ahead of some guys at 185. It's very well possible that we'll have Brian Stann, Jason Miller, and Chris Leben as winners of the next round of MW fights and in that situation I would think Brian Stann would have to face Vitor Belfort for the next shot at Silva.

With that said I think Chael get's his rematch if he beats Stann and does so in convincing fashion. I think they've spent three years positioning Bisping for his title shot and that's the fight Silva wants so we'll see that before the Henderson rematch.

Which i'd like to see, although i doubt it.

The weight cut is just too much for him. He still has a better chance than at 205 though.
