UFC Upcoming Events - Boring

I'm a big UFC fan, but the last event (with the exception of a few highlights) was not great left a bad taste in my mouth, like warm milk....very predictable fights.

The next THREE cards are also mostly predictable, and I'm extremely disappointed with the match ups.

I think Diego Sanchez vs. Josh Koscheck is really the only fight I'm really looking forward to (and Silvia vs Couture heh, but just out of curiosity, I don't think it's a great match), and think the UFC should do something to keep the hype up...Maybe something like have a poll on their site where the fans could vote for matchups they want to see. That would be sweet.

I'm getting frustrated with the lack of good fights to look forward too, and think there could be a lot more. The talent is there. Even something like Bisping vs Ortiz or something if they want to hype it up on TV.

F*ck it, if they can't make good fights, then they should have something like Danny Abbadi vs Andre Arlovski, hahaha.

Just my two cents, I had to say it. I love Pride rules and the UFC's cage and fighters. But they're scared to use up all their good fighters each month.

I think once we get past UFC 68 and 69, will start seeing some good fights. Machida vs. Griffin should be a good one along with Bisping vs. Sinosec. Tito is prop going to go up against Jardine or Rashad. Those guys probably won't beat Tito but would be interesting to see how they can handle themselves against an elite fighter.

I tollally Agree. I think the UFC has enough exciting fighters to have good fights on all ppv events. I think there fight selection stinks. Even though I am looking forward to deigo and kos, I think it is a backword step for deigo. Even if kos wins I still think it was a unfair fight for Deigo. He won enough to at least fight the top 3 ww's. I don't think he should have to backtrack.

1.) out of all the match ups you want to see in the next three cards Diego and Koz is the one you want to see the most?!?! Here is what's going to happen. Diego is going to spend most of his time defending the take down and working off his back and Kos is going to try to slam him and lay on him for 3 rounds. Sounds like dullsvile to me.

2.) How is Tito vs. Bisping more exiting to you than Yushin Okami vs. Mike Swick or Andrei Arlovski vs. Fabricio Werdum or Mirko Cro Cop vs. Gabriel Gonzaga or Jon Fitch vs. Luigi Fioravanti ...etc.... I'm not saying Tito vs. Bisping wouldn't be a show but these others are going to be great fights to watch.

3.)They aren't scared to put up their best fighters each month...they really don't put them up for two reasons a.)Money. It costs big bucks to put all your big name fighters in one card. and b.)All your big name fighters need time to rest and heal. If all the big name fighters faught under one card there wouldn't be anyone left for the next month. You'd probably go months without a fight card.

Here's the perfect solution to your problems and complaints....DON'T BUY THE F'N PPVS THEN!! That's the great thing about it, its not like someone is saying, ok if you're a UFC fan, you MUST buy these shows. I for one am looking forward to UFC 68 and I will be buying it. It's getting pretty ****ing repetitive hearing a bunch of whiney and complaining *****es saying how UFC 68 sucks, well then don't buy it. How hard is that to ****ing comprehend???

I think Oil and CroCop#1Fan make some nice points. If they used all there top fighters in each PPV,then it would be months between PPV Events and if you dont like the card you dont have to buy it. Pretty simple really.

I also think they have a few nice fights scheduled on the PPV Events coming up and besides #68,the cards aren't finalized yet anyways.

I"m personally looking foward to Diego versus Kos,but I"m also looking foward to many others. Like: Sylvia versus Randy will be very interesting,Franklin versus MacDonald will be interesting and possibly could be pretty entertaining and if you want to see someone get punished Hughes should proved that against Lytle. Those are just UFC 68 fights. I'll admit if they had one other top matchup it would be better. I think 68 should be the worst of there next couple of events even and its not horrible. Probably a little average, but there are some nice fights possible.

At 69 you got kos/diego obviously but also Herring/Imes might be very entertaining. I could see them both standing in the middle of the ring and exchanging till someone drops.

This card(69) is far from complete,so I wont even get into #70,but #70 looks very promising. AA/Werdum might be awesome,we get CroCop again and Tito,Bisbing/Elvis might be fun to watch and I"m sure we'll get another name or 2 on the card.

LoL, I don't want to completely come across as a whiner, because I love watching MMA. But I love to not know who's gonna win the fights.

Like many of you, I have predicted (though I don't know how to use this online betting service yet) pretty much all of the big fights over the last half of the year.

I don't want to be able to predict that sh*t...Perhaps my problem is I am unfamiliar with a lot of the fighters at ufc 70 (Sherdog and Youtube help) so I can get more excited about it.

But this UFC reminds me of the old days of WWF...A guy has to fight and beat a bunch of jawbers before he gets a good fight.

I say throw 'em in the fish tank.

Let Cro Cop fight Arlovski, let Hughes fight Sanchez, let Rampage fight 'Sugar' Evans...Some exciting matchups that the average joe will get pumped about, not just the tuned in fan who knows who Jugynakamora is. lol

He never said he would but them...and he is just speaking his opinion here, and I 100% agree with him. Mistake on the UFC side, they are stalling the hype they had built up at the end of last year. Too bad. That said what a stupid ass response you gave.
