It might be a little rushed, but this is a man that has broken many records.

UFC on Fox sounds like good timing seeing as you only have a few minutes outside the big title fight if it goes all five rounds.

Plus, you could have Chael crash the party that would be primetime television although a bit theatrical.

I'm by rule against inducting any non-retired fighter into the Hall of Fame, but if one exception were to be made, I'd say it'd really have to go to Anderson.

People should only get inducted once they have OFFICIALLY retired (I'm looking at you randy...)

But with AS its pretty much a forgone conclusion :P

Pretty much agree. It's obvious he'll be in it sooner or later, why not give him an extra year of being a Hall of Famer

It's gonna happen someday, might as well be soon. The guy's a walking record book.

I'd rather they wait until he is retired and maybe do it at a show in brazil.

If the Spider can win a superfight vs. bones or GSP, I'd say he has to be inducted, retired or not. After all, we've seen Couture and Hughes in the ring after they were inducted.....even though it was usually painful to watch

As it stands right now his credentials are better than anyone in the hall right now. But i would like to see him retire before getting into the hall. Not a big fan of people getting into the hall while still being active.

I don't understand the rush?

Is the HOF going to vanish after he retires? What is the point in inducting him now?
